"Why did Sensei have to make us go on a walk?" I sigh, irritated because Sensei unplugged our video game. I was winning! "Hey, it's better than training." Cole pointed out. Which was true. "Yeah! Sensei'll never know if we sat down on our 'walk'." Jay grinned, sitting on a bench. "He will know," Zane says. "He always does." "Well, this time will be different, Zane. This time-" Cole suddenly stopped, his eyes growing really wide. "Cole? Are you okay?" Jay asked, waving a hand in front of the earth ninja's face. Cole just slowly grinned. "I can fix this." I say, slapping Cole really hard. "Oh. Or maybe not. But I made his face the same amazing colour as my ninja suit. That's an improvement." "Here, let me try." Zane offers, nudging Cole. "Cole?" "Yeah Zane?" Cole asks, his not leaving the ground. Of course that worked. Barely nudging him. Stupid Cole... "What are you looking at?" Zane asks, making Cole grin bigger. "Guys. I found a shiny rock!" He shouts, leaping for it. Jay tackles him from the side, knocking him to the ground. It would've been great, if I hadn't been jumping at him from behind. So instead of hitting Cole, I just land on the stupid shiny magical rock thing! I turn around to see Zane and Jay running to hide behind a tree, dragging Cole behind them. Sometimes I wonder why I always trust them with my life on missions... "Thanks guys! I..." I yell at them, before blacking out in an explosion of light.
