Chapter One: Get Up, Lazy Ass
"Paige...Paige... Paaaaaaaaiige... PAIGE!!"
And then suddenly, I felt a loud noise invade my right ear, passing through my ear phones. I jumped a little startled from the sound. I took one of them out of my ears as I opened up my eyes to see who wanted my attention. In front of me was a very very angry Victoria and Natalya. Aaaaand right now, they didn't look too thrilled to see me. I was lying on the bench of the Women's Locker Room with my arms behind my head, relaxing. And then they showed up ...I forgot why, though. I think that's probably the problem.
'I'm on your case, I'm in your face!
Kickin' you and your father back in your place!
Step up, sucker, understand
Don't you know,
That I'm the man! I'm the man!'Lyrics blasted out of my iPOD earphones. Yes, in fact, it is Anthrax.
"Uh, forget something?" Victoria questioned me.
I drew a blank. "Uhhh..."
"Does like Vickie's-suprise-freaking-birthday ring a bell?!" Natalya added to it. "You were suppose to help us set it up in catering! What are you doing!"
"Whoops, sorry! No one told me that I had to do anything, I've been waiting." I tried covering my ass.
"No one should tell you to get up and do anything at all!" Natalya dug into me further. Nevermind about trying to cover my ass. It's been official, my ass got chewed.
"Um, I'm not in a ton of trouble, am I?" I scratched the back of my head. I was sort of scared.
Victoria grabbed my arm and pulled me up on my feet forward. "No, come on, lazy ass, let's go."
