It was a warm, mid-summer evening on the country side, where everything was calm as the sun slowly sunk behind the hills in the distance. The sky was a mixture of golden-yellows, bright blues, and occasionally there would be a small glimmer of violet, glowing softly. A girl with wavy brown hair, stunning blue eyes, and olive skin was sitting on a large, grassy hill watching the view and trying to enjoy the moment. She was troubled. The past few days were ones that she would like to forget. While she was mesmerized, a boy who looked just like the girl, only a tad bit older, walked over to her and slowly sat down. He studied her face, trying to figure out why she was sitting alone, just by her expression. What he saw was that the girl was confused, angry, and possibly a little guilty. However the real question was: why?
After a few moments, the boy asked in a soft, gentle voice, "What's up?" while watching to see how she would react.

Sooo here is my first story thing. It's just something I had to write in 10 minutes for my English class two years ago and I have posted it on DA already... but here it is again. I guess the characters could really be anyone, but I imagined them as Katara and Sokka about to have a brother-sister bonding session after Katara got her heart broken or something along those lines
