Wow, something twice in one day! How weird is that?!
Well anyway, I have been wanting to write or do some type of dedication to Inoue Orihime, mainly because I feel sorry for her ever since she got captured…XD. She has a sort of personality that would normally annoy me, but since she is so nice to everyone I couldn't bring myself to hate her! Anyway, this poem is set after her capture and before her friends run off to save her. This is what I thought they were thinking at the time, just with prettier words and sentences…
This is a free verse, because I am not that great with rhythm yet…I have only started writing poems about three months ago…so yeah…enjoy.
The girl I once Knew
I once knew someone,
Someone who was pure,
That kind of someone,
That didn't like to see bads in the world.
I once knew someone,
Someone who was odd,
That kind of someone,
Who was always full of funny ideas.
I once knew someone,
Someone who was gentle,
That kind of someone,
When needed would go that extra mile.
I once knew someone,
Whose pure, odd, gentleness,
Has been wiped away from the world,
And sent into dark clutches.
She was the kind of person,
Who didn't deserve,
Such a heartbreaking,
And trapped fate.
If only I could turn back time,
An erased all that had happened,
Would everything have ended up differently,
Or would she still endure the same ending?I must go to her,
And help her,
To come back home,
Because she is someone I once knew.
