Short Thing About Pie
Dean collapsed into the booth at the diner. He hadn't slept in days, yet instead of sleeping, he went to get an apple pie. The waitress walked over and took Dean's order. A coke and an apple pie. Dean leaned back against the booth, waiting for his pie. The waitress gave him his drink and told him that his pie would be ready in a minute. She offered to just give him a slice of pie instead of a full pie, but he insisted on getting a full pie. She returned later with Dean's apple pie. Dean quickly started to eat the pie. 2 slices gone in a flash. He kept eating the pie until all that was left was some crumbs and one last slice. He got the check, and left with the last piece of pie. Dean drove back to the hotel in the Impala. He walked into the room and gave the slice of pie to his brother.
