King Heroin

Behold My Friends,

For I Am King Heroin,

Known to all as a destroyer of man,

From where I first came,

No one knows,

I come from the land where the poppy seed grows

Many nations have gathered to plot my destruction,

For I am a breeder of crime and corruption

My little white grains are nothing but waste,

I am soft and deadly, but bitter to taste.

I'm seldom pure and often diluted

But once in you bloodstream I will make you polluted,

I first entered this country with out a passport,

Ever since then i've been hunted and saught,

My federal agents and plain clothed Dicks,

But mostly by addicts in need of a fix

In plastic bags I made my way,

To headmen in office,

And children at play.

To the richest estates,

To the lowest of slums,

To the highest of kings,

And the poorest of bums,

So you want to hear more of the things I can do,

To the women I dishonored,

To the men that I slew,

So listen to me and hear me well

For now I will tell you of your journey to hell,

I alone have the powers to turn a wise man feeble,

And I have the powers to make a good man evil,

I am worshipped in china,

And praised in japan

I have an army in Persia,

And I rule iran,

The life you lead will not be nice,

You'll beg, borrow, and steal,

Just for my price,

For those who use me,

Death will be,

By bullet, by knife, but probably o.d.,

For those who sell me,

They will be dealt,

With the severest punishment they've ever felt,

There'll be no time for anything not even tears,

When you go before the judge,

And you get twenty years,

I can make a world beauty queen neglect her looks,

I can make a mere school boy put down his books

I can make rich man poor,

And a poor man poorer,

A fair young virgin,

I'll make her a whore,

I can make a man,

Forget his kids and wife,

And send him to jail for the rest of his life,

He'll come out and steal,

And probably beg,

Then hunt for a vein in his arm or his leg,

When the blood rises,

He'll not think he mean,

He'll praise me as master,

Then nod out and dream,

Then the judge goes and gives you some time,

Then you'll go upstate with only me on your mind,

Time will pass and you'll cling to your fate,

Fret not or worry,

For I'll be waiting at the gate,

You'll run at first,

I shall not chase,

But sure as I'm king,

You'll be back for a taste,

So you heard my warning,

And you didn't take need,

So put your foot in my stirrup,

And mount my steed,

And ride be dope fiend,

And ride me well,

For the white horse of heroin will ride you to hell.
