I was walking back to my dorm with Ruby. as usual, I wasn't paying much attention to our conversation I was just paying attention to her. every moment around her was sheer bliss and there was no other way to put it. she was the first person ever to go out of her way to make sure I didn't feel... alone. even if she wasn't doing it consciously it still meant the world to me that she liked being around me that much. she was always so funny and cheerful and don't even get me started on how cute she is. needless to say, I have quite the crush on her... but it's not like I'd ever tell her that it could ruin the best friendship I have ever had.

I was so lost in thought about how infatuated with her I was, I accidently tripped her. she fell to the ground spilling her books and pens every. "ohff!"she grunted as she hit the floor.

"Oh! Sorry Ruby!" I exclaimed.

"No worries Weiss, just wait for me to pick up my things."

Then I saw it. I had the perfect upskirt view of Ruby. I felt heat rush to my face as I looked on. then... I acted on instinct. I reached into my pocket for my scroll. I fumbled with it almost dropping it before getting a firm grasp on it. I looked around real quick then looked back and took the pic.

*SNAP*

"Did you hear something?" she asked

"Nope."

"strang... I swore I heard something." she stood up as I hide my scroll behind my back. she began to continue walking.

I took a step back sighing in relief only to bump into someone. I turned around and saw blake standing there with a disapproving look on her face.

"I'll share the picture with you if you promise not to tell."

"deal..." she said. almost surprising me.

I stood there a second relieved, that I had averted another crisis.

"the only thing you two are sharing is a grave," Yang said cheerfully threateningly. she wrapped her arms around me and Blake.

Ruby stopped in her track and turned around. "why is that?" she asked.

"oooh, nothing," I said trying to put my scroll in my pocket but dropped it on the ground instead. I reached down to grab it but Yang caught my arm.

Ruby got the hint and walked over and picked up my scroll. she looked at the screen and she blushed with a surprised look on her face but the look soon turned to anger. she grabbed me by my tie and pulled me back to our dorm. my head dropped for my walk of shame.

we soon got back to the dorm. we walked in and she shut the door. she looked at me anger still on her face she held up the scroll "Why would you take a picture like this! What were you going to do blackmail me!? Spread it around and make fun of me!" She sounded so betrayed and who could blame her... what I had done was awful.

I crumbled to my knees with my head in my hands and tears in my eye's. "I'm so sorry for being a pervert!" I sobbed. "It's just I've had a crush on you and..." I put my face on the floor and wrapped my arms around her ankles "Pleas forgive me!" I sobbed even louder.

"stand up," she said catching me off guard. I was still looking at the floor when I stood up. "look at me." she said and I did.

she wrapped her arms around the back of my neck her lips colliding with mine. after a few moments, she pulled out. I looked at her surprised and she just smiled back at me.

"don't worry, I like you to," she said. i fell back to all fours 'oh thank god' not only did she forgive me but she liked me back... the was perfect.

i stayed there for a few moments then i heard it.

*SNAP*

i looked behind me to see Ruby in a low crouch with her own scroll out.

"and now we're even." she said with a mischevious grin on her face.

i stood up and gave her a hug and said "who knew being a pervert would get you a girlfriend
