She dreads taking the next few steps but knows they're inevitable. She still can't believe she's gone, but she has to carry on. She has to do this for the family she has left. She finally opens her door. Still shaking, Piper starts towards the final steps of acceptance.

"Breathe."

She doesn't wonder how he got here or why he's with her instead of Phoebe. He takes her hand. They walk together, for the first time after Prue's death, into P3. Once they're inside, she stops concentrating on her breathing, breaks down, and cries. Cole holds her as she weeps.
