Cana looked at her cards, making her movements slow so her son saw how she worked the magic. Across the table Evergreen sat expectantly with Elfman standing over her.
"Well?" The couple wondered just as the card mage flipped the last card.
Cana laughed before looking at her guild mates. "It's another girl." She declared and Evergreen smiled in delight while her husband gawked.
Everyone around them laughed and several men patted Elfman on the back in sympathy before the mage fainted. When Evergreen looked at her husband she cracked up laughing and called their daughters over. The three girls ran to hug their mother then tried to get their father awake.

"Poor Elfman," Gray laughed as the news spread through the guild hall. "He's badly outnumbered now."
Levy giggled behind her hand at the sight of the family of five. "And to think he thought a potion would encourage gender choice."
Gajeel snickered, secretly knowing the manly take over mage searched high and low in the hopes of making sure his next child was a boy. Sadly the mage didn't know his wife found the potion before he and his small team did.
The whole guild hall laughed with Evergreen before helping her rouse her husband.
