He still had that. 2 years after Kate's death he couldn't bring himself to delete it. Sometimes he looked at it, and time after time, every time he looked at it he would cry.
He remembered all the times he had seen her, looked at her, always wanting to ask her. He never knew what but he had to show her he felt something for her, before it was too late.
Now it was he would never see her again.
That's what hurt the most, never being able to see her again, her smile, her little pout whenever she was annoyed.
And he was here at her grave, just like he had been every time he could get there, wanting her, willing her to wake up and say it had all been just a dream.
But, he had to carry on with a huge gaping hole in his body.
He had loved her, and still did with all his heart.
