"Zoro."

"Hm?"

"I've been wondering about this for a while…How did you lose your eye?"

Two years has passed since the events at the Marine Headquarters. Two years since Ace and Whitebeard had died. Two years since the Straw Hat Pirates had been separated apart. And most of all, two years since Luffy had seen Zoro.

Things can drastically change over two years and surely some things have. All of the Straw Hats seemed to have matured, including the childish funny captain. They were going to fish man island now and the dark water surrounded them at all sides. Gigantic fish swam in the shadows that surrounded the Thousand Sunny.

Roronoa Zoro, the swordsman of the crew, along with Monkey D. Luffy, the captain, were inside the boy's room, having a conversation they haven't had in two years.

Silence surrounded them as Zoro tried to delay the answer onto why his eye was not opening. He looked away from his captain and towards the ceiling of their beloved room. All that could really be heard was the two's breath and the far away sound of sizzling created by the cook.

A sigh finally emitted from Luffy and he looked up at Zoro with a pouting look. Then with a 'humph' and a small smile showing on his lips, Luffy leaned up to Zoro's face. He took his small rubber hand and gently placed it on Zoro's closed eye. Then his signature smile came out and he snickered a bit.

"Well! It doesn't matter much! As long as you can see with the other one!"

Zoro felt the blood rush to his face as he looked at the younger pirate with his one usable eye. He then took his muscular hand and pushed Luffy's face into his, locking in a kiss. A chill ran up and down Zoro's spine as the familiar feeling of kissing the teen came flooding back to him. He felt like he was alive and complete again.

After a few moments, Luffy had pulled back and he looked up at Zoro with his huge signature smile. The rubber man's hand had retreated away from the no longer working eye. Zoro then returned his captain's huge smile with his smirk.

"Just wish I could see you with both eyes instead of one."
