'I'm bored!' whined Sky, 'Let's play a game!'

Luke smiled at his sister.

'Good idea! How about truth or dare?'

'What's that?' Sky asked curiously

'Basically you take turns to ask someone a question is they choose truth or dare them to do something if they choose dare.'

'I get it now!' Sky said happily.

Luke turned to his best friends.

'You up for it, Clani?'

'Sure.' They replied in unison.

'Don't let it get too silly okay?' called Sarah Jane, from the other side of the attic.

So the game begins. First of all they choose silly dares like stand on your head and ask silly truths like which planet do you come from. After a while, they begin to get bolder. It was Sky's turn to make Clyde do a dare. She wasn't creative enough so her brother whispered to her 'Dare Clyde to kiss rani'.

Sky's eyes went wide at this. 'Why?' she whispered.

'Just trust me' Luke said, his eyes shining.

She knew she had to trust her brother so she just came out with it.

'I dare Clyde to kiss Rani!' she giggled.

Immediately after hearing this dare, Sarah Jane spit out her coffee in shock.

'Are you kidding me?' Clyde asked, mouth open.

'Yeah why would we anyway?' Rani said, equally as shocked.

There was a pause.

'You know why' Luke stated simply.

Upon hearing this, Clyde and Rani blushed.

'What's in it for me?' Clyde asked, not looking amused.

'You get two things' Luke replied, 'A first kiss and a girlfriend.'

Clyde turned positively beet red.

'Okay.' Rani paused, 'We'll do it but…'

'YES!' Sky and Luke high fived.

'But, we're doing it outside. Without you lot staring at us'

'Okay.' Said Luke reluctantly.

And with that, both Clyde and Rani headed down to the living room.

The attic was silent for a moment.

Sky then suddenly got up.

'I'm not gonna miss this!'

Sarah Jane looked at her daughter sternly then her face lit up.

'I'm not either!' she said, her eyes sparkling.

Luke was left alone.

'Stuff this' he thought to himself. 'I'm going too!'

He joined his family at the door and peeped through the crack.

Clyde and Rani standing in the middle of the room. There bodies were touching. Clyde had his hand on her chin, tilting it and Rani's hand was stroking Clyde's cheek.

They were both in heaven. They had both waited for this moment for so long.

After a minute or so they broke apart. They were speechless for a moment. Then Clyde spoke. 'I love you Rani.' He said blushing. 'Always have, always will.'

Rani's eyes began to fill with happy tears as she said 'Me too, Clyde. I love you so much.'

Then they clasped each other as if they could never let go.

At this point Luke, Sky and Sarah Jane bounded in the room to join in with the hug.

'Were you watching the whole time?' Clyde asked turning red.

'Yes.' Sarah Jane replied. 'We knew you would get together sooner or later.'

'Oh by the way mum – you owe me 5 quid!' Luke said, cheekily.

'What about me?' asked Sky.

'I'll go half with you.' Said Luke kindly. 'After all – I couldn't have done it without you.'

Clyde tiptoed over to Sky and whispered in her ear 'Thanks Sparky, you've made me the happiest guy on the planet.'
