Was inspired by the doujinshi & other random little factors x_x So I ended up coming up with this random piece of poetry told from Yugi's POV.

Beautifully wrapped corpse in the your finest
Ruled over all with the trademark of kindness
They're filling your jars with what was left inside
Making preparations for your predestined funeral of the day you died
In your chambers is where you shall sleep
As for me, these chambers is the tomb where I shall weep
This place paints out your memory
For that is all that will remain with me
Those heart wrenching days and nights of you
And broken dreams sewn with promises that never came true
Your time was up and it's still not fair
That you had to go and leave me here
In a place where you don't exist
And in a place which only consists
Of statues and decorated wording in your place
This stone carved out as a substitute of my face
This world is devoid of happiness simply empty
Oh Ra, why did you take him from me?
They're intruding on your Pharaonic mind
Throwing it away and casting it aside
Finally the death dance is done
Minutes left before the sun
Cleansed of your darkest sins
And tightly wrapped in your paper skin
Lowering you into your jeweled home
Tonight you'll be sleeping alone
Your coffin bed smells of a distant existence…
Forgive me Gods, I posses what Am at can never have
The one thing you gave me before your departure
Your heart.
For the sands of time shall rise and shift apart
But this love remains with me throughout time
The line between this life and the one beyond is transparent
For I may belong here and you belong there
But I will soon join you my Pharaoh…
So kiss me where the sun doesn't shine
The past is yours but the future is mine.
