"BOO! You guys suck!" A random fan in the stand shouted down to the players. The Olivine Mantine players ignored the crowd, and walked into the tunnel leading to the locker room. There was absolute silence, as they had just finished the worst regular season the PPBA (Professional Pokemon Battling Association) had ever seen. No team had ever gone winless before, except for this ragtag group of misfits. Olivine didn't exactly have a great history or excellence by only having one winning season since they were created as an expansion team 15 years after the league's inception.
A man in a suit walked in with a furious look on his face. He stood at 5'9" with a greasy slick back hairstyle that was turning from gray to white, and wrinkles that made him look older than Agatha.
"This is the worst showing of pokemon battling I've ever seen in my life. You all are worthless pieces that I'll be trying to get rid of this offseason. You'll be lucky if you even have a spot in this league after I'm through with you!" he said before storming out and slamming the door shut behind him.
Everyone avoided looking at each other, silently hoping that they wouldn't be the ones cut, before hitting the showers and heading home...
AN: This is just a short chapter to give you guys a preview to what the story will be. We'll be following a professional battling team and the crazy antics they get themselves involved with! They're in the rebuilding phase as a team so hopefully you guys like to root for the underdog occasionally! Here is the form for SYOC, make sure to PM if you want a character, don't leave it as a review. Most likely half the team will be younger the other half will be slightly older or veterans in the league so you can't all be rookies!

Pokemon Team: Must make them age appropriate, this is a professional battling league, three minimum with fourth as an optional backup, no nicknames, must include moveset up to 6, personality and how they were acquired, No legendaries allowed, if you choose to make a rookie, just keep in mind that rookies generally aren't the best players and need time to develop so consider that while choosing your team
