"Hey I am Robin." The girl says waving at us but mostly towards Fang. Her black hair has a blue tint in it. I step foward.

"Hi I am Max." I also introduce the rest of the flock to her.

"Can I talk to you in private Max?" She doesn't wait for my answer just slips her arm through mine. I force a smile as I walk long side her.

"So Jeb said we will get along like two peas in a pod." She laughs waving her free hand in the air. I stiffen up. If Jeb and Robin talked I don't want to be any where around. My plan, get as much information.

"So how do you know Jeb?" I start with caution. She stops walking and turns to face me. She has a curious look on her face. I feel as if she is studying me under a microscope.

"You really don't know do?" Obviously or why would I be asking. Instead I of saying this I smile again. She throws her head back and laughs.

"Am I suppose to know something?"

"I can't believe Jeb lied to me." Get use to it, that man is a lying machine. "He said you knew."

"Knew what?" I ask impatiently. Why did she have to do all this beating around the bush for?

"Well his my dad." She says. "Which means we are sisters."

I don't move as my brain analyzes this piece of information. Jeb her father. Poke, Poke. Her my sister. Poke Poke. Jeb my father. Poke Poke.

"What?" I say acting non-Max like.

"Your my half-sister." She begins really slowly like I am a kindergartner who doesn't understand. "I am Ari older sister."

"What?" I repeat again.

She sighs and rolls her eyes.

"Enough about me let's talk about the older guy." She looks over at the flock and gives them a little wave. I swallow.

"Iggy?"

"No the tall, dark mysterious one. Is he taken?" She asks one of her eyebrows raised. I suddenly feel claustrophobic and I am walking outside.

"Fang."

Yeah... is he taken?" I shouldn't lie but I really want to. And isn't he mine.
