It was a cool morning in the savannah, the crickets were cricking while the birds were chirping. The bees were buzzing as the rabbits were jumping. The sun was rising just as the lions were waking. In the midst of all of this, Rafiki, the wise baboon, was standing on top of Pride Rock, waving his hands around and calling all of the animals in the Pridelands to come and surround Pride Rock. He then instructed them to sing the song that they were long practicing for this one moment.

Koba, who was awoken by the sounds that the animals were making, came out of the cave and stood by Rafiki's side, looking over everyone.

"What are you guy's doing?" Koba asked.

"You'll see, my King." Rafiki said. He soon pointed his finger towards the animals and started making loud noises. They all started singing the song.

" Ingonyama nengw' enamabala," the elephants sang as they started to walk out of the crowd.

"Ingonyama nengw' enamabala," the birds repeated while flying in the air.

"Ingonyama nengw' enamabala," the zebras sang as they were jumping up and down.

"Night/and the Spirit of Life/Calling," Rafiki sung, looking straight at Koba.

"Oh, Oh, iyo/Mamela/Oh, Oh, iyo," all the animals sang in response.

"And the Voice/with the fear of a Child/Answers," Rafiki said, still singing.

"Oh, oh, iyo," the animals again responded.

"Oh Mamela," Rafiki sang. Animals repeat "Oh, oh, iyo" in the background. "Ubukhosi bo khokho/We ndodana ye sizwe sonke," Rafiki sang, all of the words in Swahili.

"Wait! /There's no mountain too great!/Hear the words and have faith," a zebra sang loudly. Rest of the zebras sing "Oh, oh, iyo," in the background. "Have faith," the zebra said.

"Hela, hey mamela/Hela, hey mamela/Hela, hey mamela/Hela hey mamela," all of the animals sang as the sun started becoming brighter.

"He lives in you!" Rafiki sang, looking straight at Koba.

"He lives in me!" Koba responded, catching up with the beat of the song. The clouds separated and Kopa's spirit appeared, smiling down upon Pride Rock.

"He waaatches over/Everything we see/Into to the water!/Into the truth!" everyone sang.

"In yoooour reflection/He lives in you," Rafiki sang while still looking at Koba. The singing stopped when Shujaa soon came out with all seven of the children. Rafiki then picked them all up, with the help of Koba, and lifted them high above Pride Rock. From above, Kopa sent down a shining ray of light and put it on all of his grandchildren while Koba looked at the sky.

"He lives in you!" Shujaa sang alongside Koba while the rest watched from below.

"He lives in me!" Koba sang in response.

"He watches over/Everything we see!/Into the water/Into the truth!" Shujaa and Koba sang together, the rest still quiet.

"In your reflection/He lives in you." Shujaa sang, looking at Koba straight in the face. Monkeys soon came out of the trees and started banging softly on the branches to make sound. Everything else laid dead silent.

Kopa disappeared into the clouds and everyone resumed singing. "Ooooeeeooo/He Lives in you," Everyone, except for Koba and Shujaa, said.

"Oh Yema/Oh Yema/Oh Yema/Oh Yema/Oh Yema/Oh Yema/Oh Yema," the birds sang.

"Ooooooh Mamela," the elephants repeated. The sun became darker, as if it had fallen into a deep hole.

"So wait/There's no mountain too great/Hear the words and have faith," Rafiki sang.

"OoooooooooooooooooooooH YEAH!" the rest of them said with pride. The sun started becoming brighter.

"He liiiives in you!" everyone, with the exception of Koba, sang.

"He lives in me!" Koba responded proudly.

"He watches over/Everything we see!/Into the water/Into the truth/In your reflection" all of the animals, including Shujaa and Rafiki said.

"He lives in you," Rafiki and Shujaa said. All of the animals soon bow down to their new princes and princesses. "It is your time, this is your moment my King. You have taken your place in the Circle of Life. Now you can hear the voices of the wind. Those voices will help guide you and everyone else. You father would be proud of what you have accomplished, but there is still more to do. Don't stop now or else you will have a burden that is too large for you to handle."

"Thank you, Rafiki," Koba replied, "You truly are the wisest of your kind." He then looked over at the crowd of animals still surrounding the rock. "I thank you all for your loyalty and generosity. I couldn't have done it without you all. I shall say that I will try and follow in my father's footsteps. Together, we can make the new era even greater if we can stay united forever. I love you all from the bottom of my heart. Now you may return to your daily lives." The animals started cheering Koba's name very loudly for a while, then, as Koba said, they started to return to their daily activities.

After all of the animals left, Koba turned and walked slowly back to the cave, holding Kimba in his mouth while Mheetu, Tojo, Malkha, Kula, Tama, and Chumvi walked by his side. Koba and the children were greeted back in the cave by Shujaa, who was sitting at the entrance to it. The children ran towards her and laid right next to her. "You guys a bit tired I would guess," Shujaa said. They just nodded and fell asleep immediately. She looked up at Koba, who was standing next to her. "They all look like us when we were young. Don't you think?"

"Why yes," Koba answered, "yes they do look like our young selves." Koba walked to his bed in the center of the cave and dropped like a pile of bricks.

"I am guessing that you are exhausted too?" Shujaa stated.

"Yeah," Koba answered back, "Doing stuff like that can wear you out pretty quick." He closed his eyes and, from then on, never spoke another word for the rest of the day. Shujaa soon followed the queue. For the rest of the day, all was quiet inside the cave.
