Prompt: In which A breaks a mirror that held B (Demon/Ghost) inside now A is haunted by B for seven years...Chaos Ensues
My Answer: In which John breaks the old mirror of the church releasing Yumi a pink haired fledgling demoness from purgatory. Yumi finally being released swears to protect the little human priest who set her free.
This will probably contain no romance and it takes place after SPR breaks up.
Red eyes stared at her charge in wonder as he performed his exorcism. She was never aloud in the same room as him when he does this, after all she was still a demon, and he was still a priest...a very powerful one at that. This was their fourth case together. The amount of hauntings were growing in this little town they traveled too. People where still disappearing and they seemed to be connected. Hearing the door opened red eyes turned to look up at blue, hopping into the air to hover at his higth she spoke.
"He vanished you did good, but I'm afraid there is something else going on here." Looking to the wood line far off.
"We need back up, some other people who aren't afraid to be in the middle of what could be a summons gate." A sigh brought her gaze back to her charge, he was worn and needed to rest, lowing her self to the ground she went to stand next to him.
"I know who we can call. I just prey she'll come." He leaned against the little demon he has come to call a friend. He was horrified when he first released her from that old church mirror, but she wasn't what he was expecting, with her bright red eyes and candy colored hair. She was bubbly and swore to protect him till she couldn't. After that the bond between the two grew, It was a little hard to explain to his clients why there was a demon with him, but they all eventually came to adore the little devil. He was knocked out of his ruse when he was put onto the couch.
"Stay here I'll get tea." With that the she disappeared only to show up a little latter with a cup of black tea. Instead of sitting on the couch next to him, she took the floor as she waited for her charge to speak.
"Thank you Yumi. As I was saying, I can call the old team of mine, I've told you about them." Red eyes sparked at the prospect of possibly meeting who he formally thought as his family. He watched the little demon spark with interest but it soon turned to worry. He wondered briefly about why then remembered something he told her. "We hunted down evil things." He smiled as he realized her worry, reaching his hand out he patted her head.
"They won't harm you, I won't let them." She smiled as his phone appeared in her hand.
"I can't wait to meet them…Especially Mai she seems so sweet." Laughing as she floated away he dialed the number of a long lost friend hoping she would answer.
So that is the first chapter, this takes place three years after the closing of SPR. Yumi has been with our favorite Priest for a year now. Next chapter I may bring in the rest of SPR or at less a character….. or I can keep it as just a John, Yumi case. The chapters may get longer but probably not.
