Jinora's Advice
Fandom: Legend of Korra
Rating: K
Summary: Silly little drabble where Jinora dispenses questionable love advice
"You know, I see the way you look at her,"
Bolin tore his gaze from the setting sun to the voice behind him. Jinora stood there, hands clasped behind her back and a devilish smirk on her face.
"What're you talking about?" He scoffed, acting like he didn't know what she was talking about. Jinora rolled her eyes.
"Don't play dumb with me, sir. I'm here to help you." Bolin perked up.
"You...are?" Jinora nodded and took a seat next to him.
"You see, I'm kind of an expert on love, and I read something today that could help you out."
Bolin highly doubted this little girl whose idea of love came from myths and fabels could help him, but he decided to humor her. He raised his eyebrows, indicating he wanted to hear her advice.
"Well, you know how the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach?" Bolin nodded, having heard that little phrase before. "Well, the best way to a girl's heart is to cut a hole and dig it out of her rib cage!" Jinora gave him a wide smile, ready to receive praise for her valuable advice. Bolin was silent, unsure of how to respond.
"Thanks, Jinora, that's very...literal." She took it as a compliment and with a gust of air, Jinora was on her way. Bolin sighed, shaking his head as he looked out at the bay.
"What a strange little girl..."
