A poem. Set to the tune of "What I've Done," by Linkin Park. Jesus Christ has paid the price to atone for what we sinful human beings have done.

"What They've Done"

In this exchange,

There is blood—there is hell to pay.

And I give my life

For the blood sacrifice to pay. . .

To let mercy come, and wash away

What they've done.

I give Myself—the righteous and holy One—

Instead of them, to atone for what they've done.

To the cross, of My own accord,

To My death I go:

I, their King, I their God and Lord. . .

So that mercy comes, to wash away

What they've done.

And, born again, to their God they now may come.

Today, it ends. I'm forgiving what . . . they've . . . done.
