An: My very first crossover fic of Psych and NCIS.

"I'm gonna go" Shawn said trying to slink away when he saw a familiar face walking towards detective Lassiter and himself.

"Why? Lassiter asked in confusion because Shawn never gives up a case. Especially not a case Carlton himself asked for Psych to be put on.

"No reason" Shawn said hurriedly.

"Hey! Shawn!" The tall male agent called out causing the young man to freeze.

"Crap." Shawn mumbled as he was recognized.

"How come that agent seems to know you Spencer? What did you do?" Lassiter asked with a shark-like grin.

"I didn't 'do' anything" Shawn hissed to Lassiter quietly enough for the rapidly approaching agent to not hear him.

"Detective Dipstick here isn't giving us access to the crime scene. I know Gibbs doesn't like outside help, but you are one of u…" The tall NCIS agent started but Shawn cut him off, it was almost like Shawn didn't want him to finish his statement.

"I know Tony. If the vic is a naval officer then NCIS should have jurisdiction here even though this is Santa Barbara and not DC." Shawn answered quickly.

"Now, what were you saying before Spencer cut you off?" Lassiter asked inwardly gleeful that he was going to find out Spencer's secret.

"Oh, didn't you know? Shawn's an NCIS agent, has been since he was about twenty." Tony said looking confused. Shawn gave the agent an irritated look.

"Deep undercover, does not mean you can just blab to anyone Dinozzo. Shawn snapped angrily then flushed as he just realized he admitted that one, he was an NCIS agent and two he's not really psychic. After Shawn's little outburst Lassiter looked dumbstruck and Tony looked guilty whereas Shawn looked both angry and nervous.

"Well since we both blew your cover I guess you're coming back with us to DC right?" Tony asked. Shawn looked at Carlton before he answered.

"Lassie is the only one that heard anything so I don't think it's that bad. I'm going to stay but if anyone else finds out I will come back to DC." Shawn replied. Agent Dinozzo gave Lassiter a slightly hopeful look.

"You won't say anything right detective?" Tony asked giving him an intense look.

"Fine, I won't tell anyone." Lassiter said looking slightly depressed. He should be happy since he knew for a fact Spencer wasn't psychic. But the true reason Spencer was good at what he does wasn't what the detective was expecting. He was expecting that the man had an inside source not that he was a trained agent.
