Just a little drabble I thought up for a couple that deserves way more fanfiction then they have!
I do not own Ironside, Corny, Luis, or any of the music involved in this fanfiction.
Warning: gay men. Ok?
Plus. YES this WAS on Delcie Bendell's account. That is I. I had to leave. Those are taken down. So no flames for that.

They were driving with the gaslight on again.
"Who forgot to fill up the tank this time?" Asked Luis as they drove around the narrow streets of Jersey.
"No one, we have no money. Remember?" Corny answered. To untrained ears it would sound like they were fighting, no one else would hear the sarcasm in their voices.
They always drove with the gaslight on. Gas costs money, something neither of them had a lot of.
"Yeah…turn on the radio please." Luis asked, "Its to quiet."
"Ok." Corny said, leaning over and flipping through the channels until he heard a song he recognized.
You are the only exception, you are the only exception, you are the only exception…
Luis smiled as Corny began to sing along to the repetitive lyrics that Kaye always made fun of. But Kaye wasn't in the car this time.
"Neil…when did you first know you liked me?" It was a random question but Corny was used to these types of things from Luis. He was kind of a random person.
"Honestly? The first night we met. I actually hated you at first, you were kind of a jerk to me but I couldn't help it. That was when I knew I was attracted to you anyway. I didn't know I liked you, like like liked you, until that next day." Corny laughed, "When you told me about your family, I don't know. I just started to care."
"Its nice to have someone to care." Luis mumbled. Corny nodded.
"How about you? When did you know you loved me?" He said loved sarcastically, not wanting to throw out that word seriously quite yet.
"I don't know…" Luis blushed.
"No! I told you now you have to tell me." Corny said, lightly punching him in the arm.
"Fine, just enough with the violence." Luis laughed. "I guess it was when you were sitting on the couch while I was saving that girl." Luis said, almost whispering.
"Lala?" Corny asked.
"Yeah, you just seemed so confident and comfortable with yourself. I was amazed, although I figured you had seen worse." Luis spared a glance at his boyfriend before quickly returning his eyes to the road.
"You couldn't be more wrong. I was pretending, in fact I was terrified. And I hated myself. Everything about me." Corny picked nervously at his nails.
"Hated…so what about now." Luis asked, pulling the car into the driveway of Kaye's grandmothers house. "How do you like yourself now?"
"Now?" Corny repeated. "Now, I can stand myself. And my life isn't all that bad…" He looked at his boyfriend and smiled. "Not that bad at all." Luis smiled back and they both leaned in for a kiss, mouths touching lightly for a moment then harshly. Corny was still a very aggressive kisser, afraid that if he kissed to lightly Luis might disappear or something.
Luis moved himself on top of corny from the drivers seat and wrapped his fingers around the dyed black hair.
Then there was a scream.
"EWWW! Guys stop making out in the car!" Kaye skipped up to the car and slid into the back seat. "No one needs to see you sucking face."
"We have to watch you suck Roiben face all the time!" Corny yelled as Luis got back into his own seat, red as a tomato.
"Yeah, but Roiben is not your friend so it's not all weird…just…go." Corny and Kaye shared a laugh while Luis attempted to get the car turned back on with fumbling fingers.
You are the only exception, you are the only exception, you are the only exception…
"God I hate this song!" Kaye yelled. "And who forgot to put gas in the car?" they all shared a laugh.
Yeah, Corny could safely say his life wasn't half bad at all.
