Sokka POV
I couldn't sleep. There were only two weeks before my invasion plan came to fruition and everything had to be perfect. Not for just our sake but the world's sake. Everything was riding on our shoulders and I had to lead everyone.
I need to clear my head…I got up to take a walk to clear my head. I kept my space sword close by.
I sat at the edge of the waterfall where Aang and Katara practice their waterbending. I stared at the sky and the moon gleamed. I was reminded of her…
Yue…
Her blue eyes and silver hair flashed through my mind.
"Yes…I'd like to do an activity together…"
I smiled remembering those words. Then I thought of her fading from my arms. It was like holding water with open hands, she slipped right through. My thoughts drifted to the invasion and I felt pressure.
"I need you now more than ever…" I whispered. "You said you'd always be with me…"
I had hoped that she would appear in front of me in her white lunar dress but after a brief moment I looked away.
I guess not…
I felt stupid thinking Yue would appear out of nowhere. Then the moon's glow hit me and I knew she was listening.
