"Spike!" Jules called for him as she walked through the hallway of the SRU.
"Why hello there Juliana."
"First of all, don't call me that, and second of all can you help me?"
"Help you with what? Because I'm not helping you hook up with Sam."
"Spike, I have a boyfriend and-"
"Yes! I got you Jules! You admitted it!"
"Admitted what?" Asked Wordy as he walked into the lounge.
"Ohhhhhh! Who's admitting things?" Asked Ed, coming into the room with a clipboard in his hands.
"Spike's being an idiot, and I really need your help Spike."
"Alright, so it was Jules who admitted something." Concluded Wordy.
"Tell us Spike!"
"Tell us what?" Asked Sam as he and Greg walked in.
"Jules has a secret!" Said Ed, while Greg and Sam smiled. The whole team always liked to pick on their smallest, youngest and only female team member.
"I don't have a secret! I just really want Spike's help!"
"Are you gonna tell us or not Spike?" Asked Sam.
"Yes, I'll tell you." Spike paused. He waited for Jules to scream and beg him not to tell. But she said nothing. He looked at her.
"What? I really don't care, it's not a secret and I need your help." Jules said, getting tired of his little game.
"Jules, you do realize that if I tell, you will face endless teasing right?"
"Spike, I don't care! Please just help me!"
"Jules, I'm going to tell them." Spike said in all seriousness. She just looked at him.
"You guys are killing us!" Ed shouted.
"Someone tell us already!" Wordy added.
"Okay, Okay." Said Spike holding up his hands. "It all started when Jules came sprinting down the hall, yelling like a maniac for me."
"Actually Spike, I walked down the hall, saw you and calmly came up to you and asked you if you could help me. Which, by the way, you have not." Stated Jules.
"Jules, you mind? I'm telling a story. So anyways, she did ask me for my help, and I told her that I was not going to help her get together with Sam." Everyone stared at Sam. He turned bright red.
"Which I said absolutely nothing about." Jules interrupted before the team could get the wrong idea.
"ANYWAYS," Said Spike, looking at Jules. "She answered me back by saying 'Spike, I have a boyfriend.' And that's when my thoughts that she was dating the paramedic were confirmed. So, that means that Ed, Sam, and Sarge owe me and Wordy a total of 100 dollars!"
"Are you kidding me?" Jules asked. She could not believe that her team mates were betting on if she was dating Steve or not.
"Um, Jules, it was just a friendly, kid type bet thing." Greg stumbled for his words.
"I don't care Sarge. It's not like I haven't done it before." Which was true. There was the bet if Wordy was going to have more kids or not and then there was the one if Greg's son would stay. She had taken part in so many of them that she had no right to be mad at them.
"Well I'm glad you understand." He patted her on the shoulder. "Now, is this Steve anyone we should be worrying about?"
"Jules, we'll kick his butt if he bad to you." Ed said before Jules could say anything to Greg's comment.
"You guys are ridiculous." She said, as she starred at her phone because it was vibrating. "Spike I guess I don't need your help anymore." Jules said. "I found someone better." This was her way of getting back at him.
That was a comment that Spike could not take. "What? Why? Who's on your phone?" He begged Jules to tell him.
"Steve." She smiled evilly and walked out of the lounge, leaving behind the stunned face of the men on her team.
