Hey all! So this is my first (and perhaps last) attempt at a Victorious fic. I love this show and it's definitely the best show by Nick but I think Beck and Tori should have got together (not that I don't like Jade). They just seem so cute together!

He knew it was wrong but he couldn't help it. Beck Oliver couldn't quite shake the feeling that she was special. There was just something about her bubbly personality and bright smile that he couldn't help notice. And boy did he notice her.

He knew it was wrong to think that when he already had a girlfriend and he was grateful to be dating Jade- the coolest girl in the school. She was sophisticated and mature but she just wasn't Tori Vega. Every lunch break Beck would pass her table and see her laughing with Andre and Cat, he always felt slightly disheartened as he sat next to Jade and listened as she moaned about this and that (it used to be so easy to talk to her- what happened?). If he was honest he was slightly jealous that he couldn't be sitting over there and laughing with the others instead of sitting next to the girl with the storm cloud above her head.

He couldn't moan really as it's all part of Jade's package. He realised that when he had pestered her all those years ago to get a date with her.

Relationships were hard, especially when it was with someone you love (he did love her right?) and he accepted that. He always had accepted it but when Tori came into the picture he wasn't sure anymore whether he wanted to accept it.

But anyway he would sit next to Jade in silence and they would kiss every now and then and just stare at the table across the court- until Jade snapped at him for not listening. Why couldn't everything just go back to how it was when they could talk together and laugh together and just have fun.

And though all of this, Beck still realised from the moment Tori entered the school that she was something special and suddenly, even though she made everything harder, Hollywood Arts seemed an even better place to be.

So what did you think? I know it's quite short but it is my first attempt.
