Scene.
The lights are dim. A pair of yellow cats eyes suddenly shine. They blink once, then revolve once and blink again. A woman carrying an open black umbrella and a black bag made out of spiderwebs walks on scene. She walks towards the cat eyes and opens her spiderweb bag. She pulls out a pack of cat food and opens it, placing it before the cat eyes.
Woman: Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty.
A purr is heard. The woman closes her umbrella and puts it on the floor.
Woman: Baby, come eat.
She starts digging in her spiderweb bag and pulls out a bottle of water. She unscrews the cap and takes a drink from it, before bending over and pouring some on the floor. She stands up again. A man dressed in brown walks on scene and points a gun at her. His shoes leave dog paw prints behind. She drops the bottle of water and the liquid begins spilling, wetting her shoes.
Man: Give it to me.
Woman: Dogman.
Man: I said give it to me.
Pause.
Woman: No.
Man: You won't give it to me?
A purr is heard again. The man storms towards the woman, pulls the bag out of her hands, and rummages through it. He pulls out cans of cat food and scatters them around. He throws one at her breasts.
Man: I'll kill you, bitch.
Woman: All I wanted to do was to feed Kitty...
The man picks up a can of cat food and opens it. He thrusts it into the woman's hands, placing the gun at her head again.
Man: Feed yourself, or I shoot.
The woman shakes her head. The man forces the gun on her head. The woman shakes in fear and sticks her fingers in the meat. A purr is heard. The woman slides her fingers out and licks them.
Woman: I hate you, Dogman.
A cat's screech is heard. Dogman looks around worriedly. The woman brings her mouth towards the can of cat food and licks the meat. She starts eating it like a cat. Dogman notices the can of food she put down upon her entrance. He walks towards it and picks it up. It's empty.
Man: Worried This isn't...Dog...
The woman looks up, her mouth full. She spits on his shoes and answers.
Woman: Food.
Pause. The man realises. He puts the trigger to his head, pulls it, and lets it go. He falls to the ground. The woman finishes her can of cat food and throws it at the man. It hits him on the crotch and falls to the ground with a clatter.
Woman: Dogman never understood how to treat a queen.
The woman steps out of the puddle of water and picks up her bag, putting the cans on cat food back in.
Woman: I'm sorry, Kitty, that our dinner was ruined by this man-bitch.
She straightens up and walks off. As she walks off she mews and licks the back of her hand, brushing it against her head.
