The Chandler Sisters
Chapter one: Present Crimes

Summary: Two sisters are being murdered. Sara hears the whole thing but can't do a thing to stop it.
It was ten thirty in the evening and Sara, being the good neighbor that she is, is taking some requested books to her neighbors, Hanna and Anne Chandler. Sara had helped the girls move into the house beside hers about six months ago. They seemed like very nice girls. Hanna was doing a bit of research for her senior college class. Anne was Hanna's twin but both had changed their appearance over the years, so you could barely tell the two were even related at all.
Sara walked about twenty feet of the thirty feet distance between her house and the girls' house when she heard a short scream. At first she thought that someone probably just saw a spider or something of the sort. When she heard another longer scream, Sara knew that something was wrong. She didn't hear embarrassed laughter afterwards or anything. Then, was when Sara began to run over to the house. She got to the door in about ten seconds and began to knock hard. When no one answered the fifth time, she began banging unmercifully on the wooden structure. She jiggled the doorknob but the door was locked. She went around back and knocked there. No one answered. Sara, then found out that this door was lock as well. Another blood curdling scream came from the upper level. Sara's head jerked up and subconsciously, she busted the window in the door open and unlocked the door.
The screams were unbearable and sounded unreal to Sara. The bottom half of the house seemed undisturbed but yet, another scream that was cut short happened. Something hit the floor. Sara stood in the kitchen frozen in fear. She reached over to call the police but the girls had no phone. She swallowed and ran up the stairs.
