Clay is now dead due to obesity, his son Logan has been adopted by his wife Quinn, clay did not leave Quinn alone he left her with their other son wolverine who was named by Logan, they are living in the beach house which clay bought before he died
Lydia had plastic surgery and now has Haley's head hair, brooks face and Peyton's body this was because she did not inherit any good genes from Scott family and rather looked too much like Mouth (Marvin McFadden). Nathan and Haley are living the good life in tree hill alongside their handsome son Jamie and now beautiful daughter Lydia. Jamie, who is now in high school inherited all the good Scott genes unlike Lydia, they are still a big happy family living in their mansion
Peyton and Lucas have come back to tree hill after discovering clays shocking death and feel it is good be around family in their most darkest of times. Sawyer Brooke Scott is now a beautiful teenage girl who is a replica of her mother. They are living in Lucas's old childhood house.
Brooke and Julian faced irony when they later discovered Brooke did not have any ovary problems but rather could produce more children than people as two years after Jude and Davis's birth, she had given birth triplets Pauline after Julian's father July after Julian and Brookey after Brooke. They are living in the giant house which Julian bought for Brooke in the ninth season.
Alex discovers that she is nothing without Chases love and she comes back to tree hill and gets married to chase who becomes a pilot and they have a son who was name after chuck, Charlie. Mouth and mille have moved to New York as mouth has gotten and even better job there, they are raising their daughter lips happily. Skills had gotten back together with Bevan and are helping to raise her son who she had with Tim after high school, Nathan. Junk and Fergy are now manages or Tric in place of Chase who is the owner.

On winters morning Jamie was walking to the river court and the field surrounding it, he going there for his morning baseball practice with a team that included Chuck who surprisingly grew up not ugly but rather good looking, "run around the felid" yelled Jillian who is now the coach of Jamie's baseball team, he does this when he does not have make movies. "I'm tired" yelled Jamie, then Julian quickly answered "do you want to be fat and die of obesity like your uncle clay?"
