A.N. Hi! So I love the Puckleberry or whatever the term is, but I'm not ready to go all AU on their asses. That would mean going way OOC, and this show is still fresh. So I don't wanna ruin the views I have of them just yet. So here is just a 'What were they thinking?' fic. Yay! Oh yeah, this is my first Glee fic!
So you know that one episode where they got together, and then Rachel broke up with him at the end? And he said he was gonna do that anyways? Um...I don't believe him. I had a feeling he was gonna stay with her...even if he loves Quinn more. Clearly you can see that he does.
This sucks, but it's about as good as you get. I hope you like it, just like I hope you'll review!

"Yes you were."
That's what she thought, but it wasn't true. Sure, he said he was gonna do it anyways, but that's because she bruised his ego. He really would've stayed with her.
And it wasn't just because of his mom. That would be weird. Naw, it was just how he was. He would've wished that he was with Quinn the whole time, and of course she would've wanted to be with Finn the whole time. He would've hated it at first, but he would've fought threw it.
Why? Because dats how he rolls.
He sang to her. Does that not show determination? Is that not just the most romantic thing ever? That's what he thought too. And she had that killer smile that made him forget that he cared about Quinn for just a second.
He chose Glee club over football for her. So what if he joined Glee club for Quinn? He chose it that time for Rachel.
And that smile! It was so happy. And it wasn't for Finn, who her smiles are usually for. It was for him. Noah. It was worth it, even if he now realizes that he should've chosen football.
What she didn't realize is that Noah would've stayed with her. He could see them having a Jew family with little Jewletts running around the house. And a cute little doggie, cuz everyone needs one of those. And he would've had it too, had she not said anything.
He could see himself loving Rachel, even if he lwould've loved Quinn more. Too bad Rachel didn't see it that way.
Once she broke up with him, his vision shattered. The little Jewletts ran smack into the wall and poofed! away, along with his feelings for her. So she was just with him to make Finn jealous? Fine. He was just with her to get his mind off of Quinn. So it never would've worked out? Fine. He was gonna break up with her anyways.
She didn't see herself with him? Fine. He didn't see himself with her either.
