Muggle AU for The Rock-Paper-Scissors Challenge and for Muggle Studies. It kinda sucks.

I don't own it.

Ron grinned as he and his best friends, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, drove through town in Harry's Lexus IS250.

They were on their way to Harry's godfather's house for Harry's birthday.

"When we get there, you are the one telling him us." Harry told Hermione as they slowed for the turn. She rolled her eyes. Ron nodded, he did Not want to tell Sirius that he was dating his godson.

"Fine. But you three are going to be the one to tell the Weasleys." Hermione smirked. Both boys winced.

"At least the twins know." Ron tried, but Harry still looked depressed.

They stayed in silence for the rest of the ride.

Sirius grinned and laughed out when the three got there.

"Harry! Hermione, Ron! It's so nice to see you three after so long." He hugged Harry. He usher them into the house and closed the door behind them.

"Everyone else is here already." Sirius told them, leading them further into the room. The trio was confused, Everyone?

"Everyone?" Harry asked, before they were pushed out the back door.

"SURPRISE!" And there was everyone. The Weasleys, the Lupins, the Longbottoms, and more.

"Oh..." Harry was speechless. Ron and Hermione were just as speechless. The three teens stood there, frozen, as the guests cheered.

"Sirius, what is going on?" harry questioned finally. "Weren't we supposed to have the party tomorrow at the Weasley's house?" Sirius laughed.

"We were, but we wanted to surprise you." Harry looked at Hermione and Ron, "Did you guys know?" Both shook their heads.

"Why would we tell them? We knew that they would tell you. We wanted it to be a surprise!" Sirius then pushed Harry and Hermione out to the middle of the yard, Ron followed behind them in a dazed manner. The three were swarmed by family and friends, all wishing Harry a happy birthday and asking him where he would be going to college. Hermione and Ron were asked if they were going to miss their 'best friend' when they parted after the summers end.

It took them hours to get away from the mob of guests. They managed to get to the guest bedroom without bodily harming anyone.

"Your uncle is crazy." Ron told him, shivering when he remembered his lovers uncle asking if either of them would be joining him at the drill company, seeing as his own son had decided against it.

"Your aunt too. She tried to set me up again." Hermione gagged mockingly.

"I don't think either of them would be to thrilled that we are together." Harry told them before the three flopped onto the bed. Their feet intertwined as they rested together.

"Just because we are going our separate ways, doesn't mean that we are leaving each other. Right?" Hermione asked. She was usually the most level headed and logical, they would all be in different cities, though still technically close, an hour drive away, they were still going to be living separately. She knew the statistics of couples staying together over any distance was low.

"We have weekends. And occasional off days. We'll be fine." Ron huffed next to her ear. Harry hummed his agreement. The three fell into a comfortable silence, that slowly turned into a comfortable sleep.

The trio woke slowly, Hermione first Ron last, to a whispered argument.

"-wake them up." Sirius whispered quietly.

"They look so comfortable." Mrs. Weasley chided.

"But-"

"Don't you dare."

"We're up." Harry said with a yawn, making the other two yawn with him. Ron rolled over, pulling Harry with him, and cuddled into Hermione's back.

"Don' wanna. Le's go back to slee-" He cut himself off with another yawn. He slit his eye to look at his mother. Harry rolled his. He knew what Ron was trying to do, and he knew it wouldn't work, Mrs. Weasley has this deep need to see Harry together with Ginny, even though Ginny was dating Viktor Krum, and has been for over a year. Mrs. Weasley would see this as just another quirk her son and his friends share.

Sirius on the other hand, his eyes widened and his face resembled a cherry.

"Molly, I think we should let the kids alone." He told her, trying to pull her out of the room. She would have none of it.

"Nonsense, they are awake, they can come back to the party." She said cheerfully. "Ginny is outside waiting to give Harry his birthday present." Sirius really didn't want to be the person to point out the obvious.

"Mum." Ron mumbled. "Ginny has a boyfriend." Harry elbowed him.

"What, she does." Ron rubbed his chest where Harry's elbow hit him.

"Oh for the love of Pete." Hermione kissed Harry. Mrs. Weasley's eyes widened.

"Oh. I didn't know you and Ron broke up." Mrs. Weasley looked at her son with sympathy. Ron groaned and flopped back. Sirius wanted to bang his head on the wall, but decided to just leave the room while he still could.

"We didn't break up mum." Ron told her without lifting his head. Mrs. Weasley was confused for all of three seconds, before everything clicked.

"I see." She went silent after that.

Ron was about to get up to make sure his mother didn't have a stroke, when the woman smiled. SHe turned and got as far as pulling the door almost closed.

"Just as long as you use protection." Ron turned red, beet red.

His mother grinned before shutting the door quietly.

"At least she's accepting." Hermione tried, but both boys refused to look up from where they buried their head in shame, incidentally, in Hermione's shirt.

Harry/Ron/Hermione has to be my OT3. I don't really have an OTP, because, How can you have just one?

I hope you enjoyed it.

I have Harry's aunt and uncle in here as family that likes him, because this is a muggle AU the Potters would be considered normal and Petunia and Lily would still get along. Dudley decided not to follow his dad into the drill business, so Vernon was trying to get either Harry or Ron, who he sees as another nephew, to join the buisness, but Ron is joining the twins at their joke shop so he was set, where as Hermione and Harry were going to college so Harry couldn't do that. Anyways... Blah. Mrs. Weasley is very contradicting in my mind.
