This is wrong

You belong with him

I belong with her

I know that

He is your brooding angel

She, my dark demon

 The other halves of our souls

But they are gone now

Ripped away

Leaving a jagged bloody hole within the both of us

They gave us everything, yet left us with nothing

We are

Two broken pieces, of what once was two wholes

Whispers of once was

Several have tried to heal our scars

But never fit

Pieces of the wrong puzzle

Yet for reasons unknown

Or maybe unsaid

I find hope, life, in you

I may hold no purpose now

But I find reason in you

Because maybe we could be whole again

Maybe we'll fit somewhere

Together

Maybe

I love you
