Animal Crossing: Hope's Story

"I love you. No matter how far away you are." My mother said.

"I don't know if I can do it." I responded.

"I'm sure you can. You have 250,000 bells, all your clothing, and a cell phone with you. There is nothing to worry about."

"Okay, I'll still miss you."

"I'll miss you too."

"ALL ABOARD" the conductor said

"Bye mom, say bye to dad for me."

" I will honey. Good luck!"

As I boarded the train, I took a last look at my old town, Maximum.

As I was looking out the window someone tapped me on the shoulder.

"Hi, I'm Rover."

"Umm, Hi?"

"What's your name?" Rover asked

"Hope, Isn't it cool?"

"Yeah I guess. So where are you moving?"

"Cherry"

" Cool, Do you know where your going to live?'

"No."

"Oh. Well I have a friend in Cherry that can get you a house." He said

"Oh really?"

"Yup. I'll go call right now." Rover said

"Okay."

What a weirdo. I thought

"Okay. I just called and he said he could hook you up."

"NOW PULLING INTO CHERRY." The conductor said.

"Well, this looks like my stop." I said

I got up and rushed off the bus.

"Welcome to Cherry, I hope you enjoy your stay."

"Thank you."

As I walked down the stairs I saw a raccoon running my way.

"Hello ummm, Hope was it? I'm Tom Nook, I had to run here to meet you at your arrival."

" Okay." Why am I meeting so many weirdoes?

"The houses are over here Hope, just follow me."

"Okay" I answered

"Okay, here they are. There are four houses, you can have a look inside and choose which one is your favorite."

"Alright"

I entered the first house in hopes of finding a house I liked.

hmmmmm this one is KIND of nice

"Well. How do you like it?" He said

"Ummm do all the houses look like that?"

"Yes."

"Okay then, I'll take it."

"Alright, that will be 20,000 bell's"

"Okay."

I reached into my pocket but only pulled out 1,000 bell's

"WHAT? But I had more than that!"

"Sorry Hope, I guess you don't have enough… But you do need a place to stay. OH I KNOW! You can work for me!"

" Fine. If it's the only way I can get this house."

" Okay. You start tomorrow morning at 10 am"

"Alright"

"Oh. And Hope, You should probably meet all the neighbors. They're really nice."

"Okay." I said.

Tom Nook runs northwest to his store

"Sigh, I guess this is where I'll be living from now on."

I walk around aimlessly and see if I have any neighbors

I go to what they say is acre A-5 and meet someone named Queenie, she was kind of snooty.

next I go to acre C-4 and meet Zoe and she was just… normal, and nicer than Queenie

I also meet Hornsby, Axel, Wolfgang, and Pinky!
