Dedicated to PlatinumRoseLady, hope you feel better soon and here is some Sick!Sam to keep you company :) I really tried to keep the word count to 100 each but failed to do so....but there isn't any spoilers if that's any sort of compensation ^^

The Impala slices through the misty air, the soothing hum of the engine purrs lightly. A weary cough wheezes past slack lips as Sam struggles to remain consciouses. Green eyes flash with concern. "Sam, you okay dude?"
Sam tries to speak but all that comes out is a groan. He nestles into himself, contouring his body against the passenger seat.
Fingers tighten their grip on the steering wheel.
"Don't worry Sam," His brother whispers softly. "You'll be alright soon."
Sam's body feels worn; aches something awful. "Wh't 'bout the hunt?" He slurs.
"Screw the hunt," Dean's voice is firm. "You come first..." The rest is left unsaid but Sam understands perfectly.
He grins weakly; his heart swells.
"You always do."
