Hi everyone! This is my first one-shot. Anyways. Please, PLEASE review. This is Tricia. I wrote this solely by myself... Hopefully Lee will put some of her stuff up. Anyways this is my bashing of stetler... well, more horatio. if i did it, it'd be boring to read. I don't own them. if I did stetler would have died and speed wouldn't have. :)

"I want you to jump. Now."

Rick Stetler was not in the best position. He was on the edge of a cliff about two inches away from death.

"Horatio, I'm sorry. Okay?"

"That's not going to cut it. Not even close. Jump before I decide to shoot you and have you bleed out."

H's gun was flush against Rick's head.

"Horatio. Please."

"It's a little to late for that. You would report me to the feds anyway."

It had been 3 years since Marisol's death.

Horatio always blamed himself.

He could've saved her.

He always said that.

But Stetler was behind everything.

If only he didn't spare Clavo…

That couldn't have worked!

He would've just told someone else to do it.

He knew enough people.

Who wanted to get off the hook.

He knew Stetler wanted his position.

But not this bad.

What did he do to deserve this?

Stetler had asked Clavo to kill.

Kill Horatio's sister and brother.

If Stetler couldn't take away the job he loved.

He would take away what mattered most.

Family.

Of course he would hurt others.

Many others along the way.

That was Stetler.

He was trained for this.

He had also hurt Yelina.

She was family.

She wasn't dead.

At least, not yet.

And Horatio saw this.

Saw this from the very beginning.

He found out from Clavo Rick was behind it.

Behind it all.

And wanted to get him back.

But why this way?

Yes, it's bad to get someone depends on which way could decide fate.

It hurt.

But not as bad as losing family.

So now, Horatio would take away what mattered most.

At least to Stetler.

His life.

He deserved it.

Revenge was fair.

H thought he was cutting Stetler slack.

Death was simple and easy.

H's family was never ready.

Stetler wasn't ready.

"This is your last warning. Jump now. Or do you need encouraging?"

"Just give me a sec."

"No. Jump now. You are trying my patience."

Rick jumped off the cliff landing on the rocks in the water below.
