"Hmmm. Not much goes on today." Luigi said as he took a sip of his coffee, sitting on the porch with Mario as they were enjoying the beautiful day, seeing Dry Bowser flying a red biplane in the sky.
"I don't get much pay for most of these jobs," Dry Bowser admitted as he just wanted to make the most out of his undead time.
Mario nodded his head, glancing back at his green clothed brother after watching Dry Bowser fly off. "Indeed. I don't think I even saw Bowser or his Koopa troops... you think we got lucky?"
Luigi took out a map as he looked at it closely. "Only one way to find out. Want to go adventuring there?"
"...No, I rather just go kart racing." Mario suggested, with him and Luigi going into their house to clean themselves up, before emerging in different pipe framed karts as they drove off into the western direction.
Mario and Luigi enjoyed their peaceful moment, but it didn't last as suddenly the Mario Bros were attacked by various Boos, with a loud cackle heard as King Boo appeared before them.
"A-ha! Got you spooked big time!" King Boo exclaimed as he twirled around with glee. "You guys look so pathetic when you get a fright!"
"Really? You came-a all the way here-a to bug us-a?" Mario exclaimed as he tried shooting fireballs at the Boos after putting on his fire costume.
"I have nothing better to do..." King Boo admitted as he noticed Petey Piranha eating up the berries in all the bushes surrounding the Mario Brother's home.
"Oh that's no excuse!" Luigi snapped as he pulled out his Poultergust 300 and began sucking up the Boos as a way to help his bro.
