This is just a stupid holiday for stupid people…
No, it's actually a real holiday that the Hallmark Card Company has exploited for their, own vindictive pleasure. They must take so much pleasure in seeing those without significant others wallow in loneliness and the ones who do have others are given excuses to snog, shag, or do just about anything else on this g-d forsaken holiday.
I bet Ron is of with some girl snogging her senseless, totally oblivious to my obvious feelings. Oh well, who cares its not like he likes me as well.
Maybe I should go out flying. I've never told anyone but when I'm really depressed I love to fly, I normally steal or "borrow" Harry's firebolt. When I fly there is no one else, there is no other one, there are no worries, there is no Voldemort, and there is nothing to keep me from just enjoying the feelings of flying.
-On the Pitch-
What's that… someone else is flying? I wonder who it is, here they come. It's Ron, why isn't he with some bird in some empty classroom?
"Hello 'Mione, What brings you out this late and on Valentines Day, why aren't you with some brilliant, handsome bloke?" Ron asks.
"I was about to ask you why you aren't inside with some blonde, big chested, bird?" Mione retorts.
"Maybe because the bird I want isn't blonde nor is that big chested, though she has beautiful chest for who she is," He responds.
"Really, then why are you out here, instead of inside finding her and telling her this?"
"Because I knew she would be out here knowing how goofy the entire castle is acting. The girls and the guys drooling over each other and snogging in the halls would drive her insane and make her depressed and want to fly even though she's so upset. So she would come out flying to be 'alone' and not have to worry; if she talked to her best friends then maybe she wouldn't be that worried about things."
"How did you know that I come out here?" Mione questions.
"You know you're not that great at 'sneaking' Harry's broom out of the dorm. Both he and I have noticed every time." Ron replies nonchalantly.
"Oh …wait so you want to spend Valentines Day with me…" Mione says confused
"Yes, why is that so surprising?"
"Because I always thought you would want to spend it with someone extremely beautiful and amazing not …me"
"Mione," Ron says walking towards her and holding her face in his hands, "You are beautiful and amazing. You out shine every star and are more beautiful with out makeup than anyone could ever try to imitate with it." He finishes while leaning down to give her a kiss.
Does he really mean it…? Oh I'd say he means it... yeah he means it…
"So, you meant it when you said you wanted me," Hermione said a little in shock and in awe.
"Yes, I meant it, I also mean it when I say, I love you." Ron says before kissing Mione once again before she breaks the kiss.
"Don't you want to know my response?"
"Not really" Ron replies
"Well, I love you too, Ron." And with that Hermione Jane Granger and Ronald Billius Weasley started their long relationship full of fights, passion, and mostly love.
Unbeknownst to them though there was quite an audience to this occurrence and there was much money changing hands.
You see the Gryffindor's had all had bets and they all had been watching through the windows. If you looked through one window you would see one boy with bright green eyes and a girl with brilliant red hair both share a smile and mouth the words "It's finally happened. They're together. It'll be okay now."
-A/N - I personally hate Valentines Day becuase it is a Hallmark holiday, butI do love the chocolates.-
