"I'm sorry for stepping on you." Said a tall man with dark rings under his eyes"

"Its fine may you please get off of me now?" Said the young girl

"Oh. I'm sorry. I'm Rue Ryuzaki. And who might you be?"

Ryuzaki helped her up. He was happy she thought but she couldn't really tell since he hade no emotions.

"I'm Tomo Yagami nice to meet you Ryuzaki-san." She took his hand as she was getting up. She was smiling a lot.

"So old are you Tomo?" Ryuzaki said will strangely smiling.

'What the hell is with this guy can't he just leave?' Tomo was thinking.

"Well, Um, I am 13. Why did you ask?" She said fake smiling.

Ryuzaki looked at her weirdly. And then said "You really shouldn't fake smile like that it might get stuck"

Tomo Then frowned. "Well. I don't really care if it gets stuck."

Ryuzaki ignoring was she just said. "Would it bug you if I took you out for some thing to eat to repay what I did to you?" Ryuzaki said think this. ' So this is Yagami's youngest daughter. I would love to get to meet her more.'

Tomo looked mad "You never answered my question! Why did you want to know my age?"

Ryuzaki then sighed " I was just wondering. Now you never answered mine. Would it bug you if I took you out to get something to eat"

Tomo frowned even more " It depends are you going to kid nap me?"

"Of coarse not. I work with your father Soichiro Yagami."

"I guess I can trust you."

"So what do you like to eat" Ryuzaki said with his hands in his pockets.

"Sweets. I love sweets."

"Hm. I do to. What is you favorite?"

"I probably have to say cake" Tomo said tucking her brown hair be hind her ears.

"Wow we are a lot alike" Ryuzaki said as they started to walk off.

It was a silent walk. Until Tomo ask on question.

"Is L working on the Kira case my father refuses to tell me."

Ryuzaki mumbles " I'm sorry but I cant tell you that. Most likely L is working on a different case."

Tomo started to walk ahead of him "Aw. I was hoping L was there. I have some information about the Kira!"

"Why is he caring so much?"

Tomo didn't know but they have arrived to the café. Ryuzaki was holding the door open for her.

"Tomo? Are you ok?" He said some what frowning.

"Oh Sorry! I'm fine I just got lost in thought"

They both sat down at a booth.

" Tomo I think I can trust you with a secret" Ryuzaki said as he started to sit down with his knee's up against his chest.

" Um. Ryuzaki-san why are you sitting like that? And yes you can trust me."

' Bad Move Ryuzaki. Really bad move'

" If I don't sit like this about 50 IQ points will drop. Also since I'm sure your not Kira I need you to tell me some things first."

Tomo glared for a moment the answered. "What is it Ryuzaki?"

" First What do you think of Kira? And Second What do you think of L?"

He said that while biting his thumb nail and looking up.

" First. I hate Kira he is a demon from hell and needs to die. Secondly L is the best. He is so smart and solved all of those cases on his own." She said copying his movements.

" That's good. Well I wanted to tell you I'm--" The waitress came up. " What will you to like?"

" We will have 2 piece of cake" Ryuzaki said smiling as she walked way.

Ryuzaki felt like he should repeat him self other then just saying 'L'.

He sighed then said "I am L."

Tomo sat there in shock. " Are you really? Why are you telling me this?"
