Eternal Love
"Hiwatari No!" Daisuke yelled as even more ropes latched onto Satoshi's body. "Please, you can't kill yourself!"
"It's the only way that I can get rid of the Hikari curse!" Satoshi screamed. "Now leave me be!"
"Stop, your only running from your problems!" Daisuke said as tears threatened to spill from his eyes. "You can't kill yourself, please."
"Running! Running! I'm not running, I'm ending me fate!" Satoshi yelled
"No!" Daisuke screamed. "You can't give up so easily."
A few tears fell from Daisuke's eyes, Satoshi looked away. "Why shouldn't I? I don't care much for this life anyways."
"Because, one day you're going to find someone to make you happy, that's happy to be around you," Daisuke replied. "Someone that loves you."
"No one does!" Satoshi yelled. "I'm all alone!"
Daisuke pushed through the barrier. "No you're not alone and you can't do this."
"What are you doing? Leave me be!" Satoshi yelled as Daisuke tackled him to the ground. "Why do you care so much?"
Tears poured out of Daisuke's eyes as he held on to the other teen tightly. "You can't sacrifice yourself, because I love you. I care about you so much, I don't want to lose you."
"Niwa," Satoshi whispered as tears started to form. And something clicked inside of him.

Satoshi tried to take back control. Krad clutched his heart. "No, Master Satoshi, what are you doing?"
"I'm ready to live my own life now. Without you," Satoshi stated. "Goodbye Krad."

Daisuke and Satoshi lay side by side after they got their bodies back. Niwa got up and helped Satoshi to his feet. He took off his coat and gave it to the other teen. "Here, take this."
Satoshi took the coat and went to take a step but fell. Daisuke caught him and together they walked to the cliff. Daisuke let go of Satoshi who stumbled a bit. Daisuke went to catch him but Satoshi held up hid hand signaling he was all right. And together they looked over the city. "It sure is beautiful."
"Yeah it is," Daisuke said looking over at Satoshi, who was watching him out of the corner of his eye.
"Can I keep the coat?" Satoshi asked looking back over the city.
"Yeah, you can," Daisuke smiled at Satoshi who smiled back.
"You know, I never realized that you were always there for me till now," Satoshi took a step toward Daisuke and wrapped his arms around him. He leaned down and gently kissed Daisuke. "You really are an amazing person, Daisuke."
Satoshi kissed Daisuke again and they continued to kiss as the sun rose over the city, unaware of the twins watching them with smiles.
"I knew that they would get together eventually," Riku said.
