"Dean, why did you smack my butt back then?" Sam asked after the horrible night full of bugs, spiders and millions of flies.
"I was bored, and it was a good opportunity to confuse you." came the answer from Dean with a sharp grin directed at his little brother.
"To confuse me?" Of course, Sam had always known that his older brother had an odd sense of humor but... Sam sighed and shook his head at his brothers antics.
"What? You didn't like it? Ok, that was an all to innocent expression to be honest and it made Sam want to inch away, which was kind of hard to do because of the fact that they was sitting in Dean's car, so Sam just shook his head again and looked out of the window. And because of that he didn't see the mischievous grin that was directed at him.
After another half an hour, Dean's cheery voice said: "we're here!" and Sam (even though it probably would been safer if he could see Dean) went out of the car and walked into the run down hotel to check in with Dean right behind him. To get a room and to get the key only took a moment, and Sam started to go to the stairs.
SMACK!
Sam yelped and turned around just in time to see a grin split his brothers face before said brother made a mad rush up the stairs. "Dean!" came the outraged cry and he dashed up the stairs after Dean and came up just in time to see the door slam shut (when had he snatched the key?). He slammed the door open again to see... nothing? Sam looked around confused. He had seen Dean run into this room so why wasn't he here? He walked into the room and his eyes came to rest on one of the beds, it missed its pillow. Just then, something came down on his head making him tumble into and then out of the bed. Sam looked up and saw Dean standing there with the missing pillow, laughing his head off, Sam growled and was rewarded with a pillow in the face. He growled again and threw the pillow back at his annoying brother, he missed and Dean just laughed harder.
"Jerk."
"Bitch." came the happy answer. He couldn't stop a smile at that.
Now, how would he get untangled from the blanket that held him down...
