This was not how Ren wanted the day to end up. Especially, when he was given the opportunity to spend time with Kyoko, alone in his apartment. He wasn't expecting to end up all worked up and sweaty. Ren felt the stinging at the edges of his eyes. Lory Takarada had given him an ultimatum to solve the situation with Kyoko in one week. One week. Ren was very skeptical that it could be done in one week. But, with Kyoko being here and with him, he felt he really could do it in such a short time. Ren could feel his shoulder tensing, his breath becoming more shallow. Ren was reminded that this is the tenth attempts they had tried that day. Kyoko's optimism still hadn't dimmed after the ninth attempts going at it. Ren poked and prodded at this in frustration, his spirit boistered by Kyoko's good natured encouragement. "I know you can do it, Tsuruga-san." Kyoko had said to him. "Uhm, Tsuruga-san?" said Kyoko, intruding into Ren's internal dialogue. Ren blinked and fell back to earth. "Uhm, Tsuruga-san?" Kyoko said again. "We're trying to make bread, not killing it." Ren thought, at least, there would be the invigorating shower."
