THE LODGE SIBLINGS WERE COMPLETE OPPOSITES. Valentine, the oldest, was a typical 'daddy's girl', she always did anything that was asked of her from him, while the younger—Veronica always questioned and stayed curious. Regardless, the two always kept classy and sophisticated.

With the arrest of her father for fraud and embezzlement, the brunette is thrown for a twist when her mother suggests she leave ahead of Veronica and herself to a small town by the name of Riverdale. Upon her arrival at the small town, she is in utter awe and shock. She manages to convince Pop Tate for a job as a waitress at his famous chock'lit shoppe, while taking residence at the Pembrooke.
