She just wanted that Rachel stay on her side.
I think I'll pace my apartment a few times

One day when she gets home she doesn't want to do nothing but sleep forever, she's so tired of seeing Rachel with Finn. He's such a idiot with Rachel, he asked she to give up of her dreams and go to California with him to clean fucking pools! If Rachel accept this she doesn't know Rachel Berry anymore.
And wake up early to black and white re-runs

She had a dream that afternoon, a nightmare, she dreamed about the first year of high school, all the memories came back to her mind: the way she treated Rachel. And then a whisper came out of her mouth "I don't deserve Rachel more than him"

She just wanted that Rachel forgive her.

And just relive the start
That day she asked Rachel if she could forgive her and if they could start over again. The words that Rachel said was all over her mind: "I forgave you a long time ago Quinn, we don't need to start again but I'll love to start spend more time with you"
And maybe then we'll remember to slow down
At all of our favorite parts
To "a good start", Rachel asked her to come over that night. They talked about the past, present and future. Rachel didn't accept Finn's offer to go to California and they fought, but Quinn was there to console her. "You are really a good friend Quinn, not just the prettiest friend I got, a lot more than that".
