"But really, you guys should date," Aubrey announced, staring Lilly right in the eyes to express her seriousness. The quiet girl shrank back slightly, not liking the fact that she was the center of attention.

From where she sprawled on the bleachers, Fat Amy announced, "You guys would make cute foreign babies. Seriously, it should be a requirement for you guys to reproduce."

From the strangled—almost silent—noise Lilly made, her distress at speaking about this made all of us laugh. I felt kind of bad for her; the poor thing had enough trouble being heard, and it only got worse if she got embarrassed.

"Donald and Lilly!" Chloe squealed. "What should their couple name be?"

"Dilly?"Cynthia Rose suggested, earning a sound of disgust from the rest of the Bellas. There was a chorus of no's, making me crack up.

Just then, I heard the alert from my phone got off. All of them dropped teasing Lilly, and turned their attention to me. "Is it Jesse?" Chloe asked, wagging her eyebrows.

"Is he sexting you?" Stacie asked, a look on her face that suggested she was wanting in on the details if she was right.

To check, I pulled the mobile device from my pocket, and checked it. "Yes, it's Jesse. No, he's not sexting me. And I'm out. He's wanting to take me to a movie." Grabbing my purse from the floor, I said, "Later, aca-bitches."

I exited after receiving a chorus of byes, feeling very excited at my luck. Just last year, I'd been rejecting anyone who tried to converse with me. And now, I had some friends.

Smirking, I wondered if it was really much of an improvement. I mean, the Bellas are psycho. One of them proudly calls herself fat. Another was a cannibal as a fetus. One spewed vomit, another was too horny for her own good. God, they were so screwed up.

And then there was my agitating boyfriend, who was probably forcing me to watch a movie just based solely on how the soundtrack was. I had a pretty weird life now.

But yet, I'd never been so happy.

Forget leaving and becoming a DJ. I'd be perfectly content staying here for the rest of my life.
