Note: Here's a little poem I wrote about my all time favorite character of Kuroko no Basuke. It is based on the scene where it is a "useless effort" AND ACTION!
I am nothing but a human,
Yet I am a phantom that lurks in the shadows.
I have no presence,
I am invisible to the normal eye
Making my misdirection unpredictable.
Moving to and fro on the court, leaving a light blue trail of light
Only those who know me, or
those with eagle-like; hawk-like eyes
can find me on the court.
I am emotionless on the outside
In the inside, a river of emotions bleeds out
of my beating heart
I am a delicate cloud,
But I continue to be emotionless
continue to be straight forward
A shadow behind the blinding power of the light.
Who's only wish is to be "believed in".
WOOSH! the ball glided in the air towards the other side
of the court. My legendary ignite pass
…has been stopped.
I express my feelings to the universe when I become
useless
"It's a useless effort"
I don't want to fail my team,
my teammates,
my friends.

Normally emotionless,
With a blank stare,
With eyes the color of the sky and
a small physique.
"I have failed my team"
"The pass has not yet evolved."
I cry and I cry.
I wish…a waterfall of tears would
cascade
down my
pale cheeks
until
there is
no more;
yet they continue…
Waterfalling into a pool of space.
Where my emotionless façade has been peeled off.
I hate failing.
Failing my teammates
My soul existence in the world has been forgotten
I was born to aid them until my last dying breath;
I will push forward
For my teammates.
