Hey everyone so I was trying to think of a more serious fanfic that I could use to address a topic that I'm passionate about which is eating disorder and self-body shaming. Then I found an old clip from the TV series Full House and it was about eating disorders and so I decided to do a Once version of this story where Emma becomes anorexic and asks Regina not to tell anyone when she catches Emma puking. Hope this makes a statement as always read and let me know if this is any good. This is part one I am currently working on part two which should with any luck be up by at the soonest Sunday night. As always I do not own Once Upon a Time if I did Emma and Killian would already be married and Zelena would be long dead.

Emma POV
It was almost mine and Killian's one year anniversary and he said he wanted to take me swimming so I got on the scale to see if I was bathing suit ready. I step on and the scale read 250 and I started to freak out when Killian and I started going out I weighed only 220 and I was thin. I tried eating less and I didn't lose a pound, so I went back to something I hadn't done since I was sixteen years old. I would eat normally to not draw suspicion then excuse myself to the bathroom where I would make myself get rid of it so I could lose weight and also I stop snacking and stopped driving. It was working till I got caught. I was doing what I usually did after a meal when Regina came into my parents' loft. She was so quiet that I didn't hear her in the bathroom till she said
"Emma what are you doing"
"Please Regina I can explain I'm fat and this is only that I lose weight if I don't get back down to a size two I can't wear a bathing suit on my anniversary"
I explain scared she would tell my parents or worse Killian. "Regina promise me that you won't say anything as my friend please just promise you won't say anything about it okay I've been doing it a long time I know what I'm doing and how to be safe I promise".
"Well alright but if anything happens to you I'm telling your parents and Captain Guyliner exactly what I saw deal," she says
"Fine deal" I respond and everything was fine till I passed out. It was about two weeks later. I was with my parents who had insisted on going on a hike with me and Killian so I packed a water bottle that was filled with capsules so it looked full at this point I hadn't really eaten anything in about three and half days. We were all hiking up this steep hill and I began to get a little dizzy.
"Something wrong love you look a little pale" Killian asked concerned as always about me he would never understand the true reason none of them would
"Babe its fine it's probably just the height I'm fine I promise" I say and then grab his hand more for my own stability than his comfort and when we finally got to the top I passed out.
