He definitely loved her. He had had crushes on other girls before, but nothing was like the deep feelings that Scorpius Malfoy suddenly felt for Rose Weasley.

She was charming and witty, and a Ravenclaw. She was a Weasley, and therefore also one of the most popular people in the school, but she didn't let it go to her head, and spent most of her time studying in the library. She was the top of all of her classes, and he loved the little glint of happiness in her eyes when a teacher gave her extra points or told her that she was correct. Her hair was as bright as the sun - in fact, he felt that she was the sun of his universe. Everything that he did was for her, every breath that she took, every step that she made.

He was a quiet and moody Slytherin. A Malfoy, and therefore, at least according to the Wizarding society, forbidden from touching the beauty that was Rose Weasley. He was smart, but never bothered to study or work. Every time that he passed in the hallway, he wondered if that moment was the right time to tell her. To confess his love for her. To expose his true feelings. But then he would bitterly remember his name. Malfoy. No one would let the pearl of the wizarding world date a Malfoy. So he continued watching her, and waiting for her.

Hope you liked this! It's a little different than my other pieces, so tell me if the change was good.
