Tl;dr: I will be revamping and continuing this story.
That's all I really wanted to say, if you care as to why keep on reading.
It's been a while, a good almost two years since I last updated. Straight up, I was just tired of writing; I didn't feel the same enjoyment from putting out chapters as I used to and it ended up feeling more like a chore. So I told myself to just take a break and plan out the story more, and I did do that, yet I never got around to writing it. It was like everything was against me and continuing the story slowly became the last thing on my mind.
Coming back two years later and reading this as well as some of my other pieces, I must say, my writing was garbage. I decided that I would just erase this part of my life and move on, and yet when I came to this story I couldn't. It felt like I could have done so much with this story, I still remember all the plans I had; I really wanted to make Issei like a conflicted villain. I felt like I needed to do this story justice.
So I decided that I will continue this story, but first I would go back and do a lot of changing. I plan to edit all the chapter to make things more clear with the story- change some parts while removing others all together, deleting all the other older chapters, and placing all the chapters I have redone into one GIANT chapter and then continuing on from there.
I plan to being more prepared with the story and actually trying, so I am not going to guarantee a schedule and chapters won't be released in a consistent timeframe.
I would love for all the people who have read this story to re-read the older parts when I publish them, because I feel you will understand what I was trying to do much better. I am also going to have to catch-up with the series' light novel and some of the other lore-points. What I am trying to say is I have a lot of work ahead of me and I plan to, somewhat, deliver!
