Summary: Okay, this poem wasn't originally planned to be a "Xena" fanfic, but I actually think it fits with the whole ordeal with Callisto. So, this is a fanfic in Callisto's POV.
I hate you! I hate you!
Do you hate me too?!
I really wouldn't be surprised,
Knowing the ordeal we've both been through!
You tried to destroy me!
You tried to make me pay!
But there was no way I was ever gonna let you win!
Not now, not ever, no way!
And now you underestimate me?!
You think that I am not a threat?!
...Ah but, you don't know how wrong you are!
This threat is as real as it could possibly get!
Wait, I know what you're probably thinking right now,
And you've got it all wrong!
I would never harm you!
I've been planning something way worse all along!
I'll mess with your mind, instead!
I'll get inside you head!
And by the time I'm finished with you,
You'll end up wishing you were dead!
Oh, but don't you worry now!
It won't be all that bad!
Knowing me and the way I am,
It'll only be the worst experience you've ever had!
...Ah, and it looks like my plan is already working!
I've psyched you out, I see!
It won't be long now, you know,
Until in an asylum is where you'll be!
But even there you'll never be safe,
Now that I'm inside your mind!
You'll never be at peace again,
And sanctuary you'll never find!
So, after all of this, you still think you have a chance?!
You still think you can beat me?!
Well, if you think you're brave enough,
Then just try it, and we'll see!
...What's this you say now?!
You say that you give in?!
Even after how hard you fought to defeat me,
You say I finally win?!
And what's this you also say?!
You say that you can't stand it any longer?!
You know, you always used to laugh, saying you were so strong,
But look who's laughing now, because I guess my will is stronger!
