Rejection

"What do you want, Malfoy?" screamed Harry.

Draco had pulled him into an empty classroom and was now staring at Harry with a strange look on his face. Harry had expected a fight but was surprised that Draco hadn't pulled out his wand. Instead, the blonde boy sighed and began to speak.

"Harry…" he began.

Harry was suspicious. This wasn't like Draco. Draco usually called him 'Potter' or 'Scar-head' or something cruel and foul like that. Draco began to wring his hands together as he saw the raven haired boy's eyes narrow.

Not knowing how to explain to Harry what he felt, he walked closer to the boy until the space in between them was almost none. Then, he closed his grey eyes and pushed his lips against the perfectly shaped lips of the Gryffindor.

Harry's eyes were opened wide in shock. WHAT WAS MALFOY DOING? He tried to push the blonde off, placing his hands firmly on his chest. The blonde mistook the gesture as passion and held Harry tighter. Harry's struggle became stronger until he finally managed to push the blonde off him.

"What are you playing at?" Harry asked furiously. Then, he stormed out of the classroom, not waiting for an explanation. Draco stared at the third year, watching his every move until he was gone.

At the moment Harry disappeared from sight, Draco collapsed against the wall and stared blankly at the empty rooms surroundings. A single, crystal tear ran down the side of his pale cheek. Rejection hurt.
