Fire In The Sky

Poem depicting a stage in the War for Cybertron when the Seekers first made their affiliation with the Decepticons known, killing many innocent bystanders. Told from an unknown Neutral's PoV.

Fire in the Sky

Explosions from above,

Monsters originating from up high

Send flames as rain

On those below.

Fire in the sky,

Horror on the ground.

Screaming to be spared,

Running for cover,

But none can be found.

Bright light makes it impossible to see.

Energon splattered streets

Strewn with mutilated bodies.

Delicately winged demons

Shrieking death

Strike out,

So graceful with their murder,

Have those survivors,

Wishing violently to die.

I'm not sure if I'm done with this one or not, but I still wanted to put it up anyways.
