6 Reasons Why James Potter Should Not Move In With Lily Evans

She's a redhead.

"What the hell's wrong with Lily being a redhead? I love her hair!" James said, a bit offended for his girlfriend.

"Mate, redhead's have claws that they will use to kill you in the middle of the night!" Sirius said ominously.

"What?"

She wouldn't want to go out drinking and womanising with you.

"She's a girl, Padfoot." James said exasperatedly. "And we don't go out drinking and womanising. Well… Not womanising, at least."

"That's what you think…"

She's a girl.

"Gee, I wonder what made you think that." said James sarcastically.

"Prongs, why would you want to move, when you've got a really good mate right here?"

"I can't shag you?"

She doesn't love you like I do.

"Mate, I'm sorry, but I don't really return the feelings." James said sympathetically, clapping Sirius on the back.

"Not like that you bastard! I'm talking about a brotherly love."

"Well, in that case, then I'm glad that Lily doesn't love me like you do."

All of the grease in her hair will attack yours.

"Padfoot, you have serious problems."

"No, siriusly mate, she's having regular correspondence with Snivellus. The grease from his locks of disgustingness will attach to her red hair (see point one on the list) and then it will jump from her hair to yours. And then, I'll have to stage an intervention. Or maybe we'll have to exorcise you…. Anyway, you can't move in with Evans!"

"Piss off Padfoot."

Just don't move in with her mate. She's the devil.

"Okay Pads, that's enough. I'm moving in with her. Get over it."

Sirius gave James his puppy-dog eyes that he'd perfected whilst in dog form. "Do you love me?"

"Nope."

Sirius frowned. "But I love you. And I'd never move out, leaving my best mate to fend for himself."

James scoffed. "Yes you would! Plus, you can move in with Moony."

"James, if you love me, you wouldn't move out." And the puppy-dog eyes were back on.

"BLOODY MOVE IN WITH MOONY!"

"But Prongs," Sirius whined. "Moony's always got Marlene over! They're always snogging…"

"I DON'T GIVE! MOVE IN WITH MOONY!"

"You know what? I'm going to go live with Moony. At least he appreciates me." And with that, Sirius flounced off.

Hope you liked it XD I got this idea whilst watching How I Met Your Mother, it was the episode where Barney was trying to convince Ted to not move in with Robin, and he wrote a list with a few stupid reasons.
